Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered to Germany, Austria, Czechia and Hungary. The same return window, prepaid return-shipping conditions and refund processing times apply in all four countries, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

 

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
